Adding Weight to your Wii Fit Workouts with RiiFlex

Sure the Wii is a bit of exercise in that you have to move around - and sure the Wii Fit add to that a bunch..

BUT

What if you could add a little weight to experience? You know like how they do in the workout groups at your local gym?

That's where the RiiFlex comes in -which when produced will give you 2lb and 5lb weights to add to your Wiimote. Looks like they'd fit right over them just like the Wii wheel or zapper.

Not a bad idea at all.

Though not yet available in stores the vendor is now taking pre-orders for only $5!

Grand Theft Auto Coming to the Wii!

One of the greatest gaming titles ever is on its way to the Wii according to a new report.

Rockstar Games makers of Grand Theft Auto forgot to protect a directory on their server and it apparently showed images of in development GTA for the Wii Gameplay!

Whether or not this will actually happen - i dunno - but it sure seems likely considering that a DS version is already in the works.

The full report can be found here.

Obama Play the Wii

Just one more example of how in touch Barack Obama is with America - he's a Wii owner too.

According to the New York Times:
Mr. Obama said he’d have his hands full attempting to rescue the American economy.
But he has gotten in a little practice in bowling lately on the Nintendo Wii his daughters received for Christmas. Mr. Obama, who famously struggled in bowling during last year’s Democratic primaries, said he performs better in the video game.

We're much better at Wii bowling than the real thing too...
