Rock Band 2 is coming set for a November 18, 2008 release and it will include downloadable content as well as online game play!!
Online game play is the real kicker here ..it's what will really set this game apart from all others cause in the end it's competition that keeps a game fresh right?
It doesn't look like the hardware (guitar/mike/drums) are getting any upgrades though so existing Rock Band owners will just need the new disk and new game players can probably get the hardware on eBay at a discount. Check out this link on eBay for a few listings we've found (you can often find a full set of $100 or less).
